These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoiceNotes - AI app (the "App") provided by [BrilliantAI Technologies LTD] ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
2. License and Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription with a free trial available in all regions where the App is offered.
If you start a free trial:
- Your Apple ID will be charged at the end of the free trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Auto-renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings.
Payments are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Pricing may vary by region and is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (audio, transcripts, and notes). You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and store this content solely to provide the App's features (including transcription, note generation, and syncing).
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to record and process it.
5. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Supabase, and Apple iCloud/CloudKit). Your use of these services may be subject to their terms and policies.
6. App Store Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support for it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
