Service Providers
We use the following providers to operate the App:
- OpenAI and Azure OpenAI (audio transcription and text generation).
- Supabase (backend processing and API hosting).
- Apple iCloud/CloudKit (optional syncing and storage across your devices).
- Apple App Store/StoreKit (subscription management and billing).

Data Storage and Retention
- Notes are stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your iCloud account.
- Audio and transcript data is sent to our backend for processing and are not stored after processing.
Your Choices
- You can disable microphone access in iOS Settings.
- You can disable iCloud for the App in iOS Settings (notes will not sync).
- You can delete notes in the App. Deletion removes them from your devices and iCloud, but backups may retain copies until overwritten.
- You can cancel your subscription in iOS Settings.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your information.
